The Friday Power Lunch (now in its 5th Season) is a weekly video podcast produced by the unstoppable women of Network NOVA to amplify the voices of the grassroots on politics, culture, and people making change. The show is recorded before a live Zoom audience every Friday from 12-1 pm ET and consists of 2-3 interview segments. Our segments are informal conversations before a friendly audience. The show started as a spin-off of our annual Women's Summit. In 2020 when everything moved online, we realized the power of Zoom and brought together voices from around Virginia and the nation.
